Payments should be made by contactless (up to £45), via our App, or if paying by cash please follow instructions at the bar

Group Sizes

Group sizes vary between England, Scotland and Wales. Based on the government guidelines for each country, we have agreed to and set up the following restrictions for booking and walk in guests:

  • England, we will accept bookings of up to 6 people from any household, indoors and outdoors.
  • Scotland, we will accept bookings of up to 6 people from a maximum of two households indoors and outdoors.
  • Wales, we will accept bookings of up to 6 people from an extended household, indoors. We will accept bookings of up to 30 from any number of households, outdoors.

For local variations and lock-down detail we will be following the clear government guidelines for that area (e.g. Greater Manchester's 1 household restriction).

Peak Periods

To ensure all of our guests get the very best experience at our busiest times of the year (e.g. Bank Holidays, Christmas/seasonal peak dates)- all promotional discounts, timings and offers can vary.

Happy Hour

All of our cocktails are on a 241 offer during Happy Hour, excluding our lo-and-no alcohol cocktail range. Valid on two of the same cockail. This offer is not valid on beers, wines, spirit mixers and shots. Happy Hour times vary, please check individual bar pages for more information.


Appi Hour

Appi Hour has been temporarily removed due to Covid-19 measures. However you will still earn 50 points by placing an order in the app. Your points will be stored for you to use once this feature is made available again.

  1. By placing an order for one of these items you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. These items must be used responsibly or appropriately.

Pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor subject to a maximum fine of £1,000, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £5,000.

Complaints, Refunds and Returns

  1. We want you to be satisfied with the products you order from us. If you have any problems, or if for any reason you are not happy with your goods, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

  2. Refunds or product replacements are made entirely at our discretion.

  3. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our customer service team using the details on our Contact Us page. We will do our very best to respond to your complaint as quickly as possible.

  4. If we approve and accept your refund we cannot cover the costs of return postage.

Competition Entry Terms & Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, each entrant agrees to these rules and confirms that they have read and understood the Stonegate privacy policy. These rules apply in addition to any specific terms and conditions which may be mentioned in any promotion of or messages about that competition, prize draw, vote or poll on any platform (“Competition Guidelines”).

  1. To enter a competition, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry.
  2. Competitions are not open to Be At One employees (or members of their immediate families).
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Guidelines, only one entry per person.
  5. Please follow the Competition Guidelines. If you win a competition we will notify you by social media within one week of the closing date.
  6. Please refer to the Competition Guidelines for instructions on how to enter. Where the winner is randomly selected, the draw for the winner will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries unless otherwise specified in the Competition Guidelines. Unless stated otherwise in the Competition Guidelines, the winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries, subject to eligibility and winner confirmation (and, for competitions where entrants are required to answer one or more questions, answering such question(s) correctly). Where the winner is not randomly selected, the Competition Guidelines will detail the judging criteria on which the winning entry will be selected. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  7. If a panel of judges is required for the competition, it will be comprised of persons detailed on the relevant competition page and/or the Be At One team.
  8. The prize is subject to winner confirmation within 7 days (i.e. Be At One has managed to contact the winner and confirm eligibility). The prize will not be transferable to another person.
  9. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  10. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  11. The winner (and where applicable, their companion(s)) is (are) required to comply with all instructions and requirements as may be specified by Be At One or any authorised third party to receive and/or take up the prize, including but not limited to providing responses within specified time frames, adhering to the itinerary, completing any required forms and delivering any required documentation. Be At One will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such instructions and such failure may result in forfeiture of the prize.

  16. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Be At One may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
  17. Be At One reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
